Overview
Dealt provides tools and opportunities for creators (“you,” “user”) to publish Roblox experiences under our group, company, or owner account. These experiences may appear publicly associated with Dealt or Dealt Publishing on the Roblox platform.
Service Use and Eligibility
You must have a valid Roblox account and comply with Roblox’s Terms of Use and Community Standards.
By submitting a game or project, you grant Dealt a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, publish, modify, and manage your project for technical or compliance reasons.
You are solely responsible for the content, assets, and interactions within your game. Dealt is not liable for gameplay, in-game communication, or user-generated content tied to your project.
You must be at least 13 years old.
Intellectual Property
All games, experiences, code, scripts, systems, concepts, layouts, branding, documentation, and related materials created, submitted, commissioned, or developed for the Service, whether alone or with others, are considered works created for Dealt to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent any such materials are not automatically owned by Dealt, you hereby irrevocably assign to Dealt and Dealt Publishing all right, title, and interest in and to those materials, including all intellectual property rights, worldwide.
You agree that Dealt may publish, transfer, modify, adapt, monetize, operate, remove, rebrand, or discontinue any project at any time, in whole or in part, with or without notice. You also waive any claim to ownership, control, attribution, approval, or compensation beyond any separate written agreement signed by Dealt.
If any part of this clause is found unenforceable, you grant Dealt an exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, use, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, and publish the project for any business, technical, compliance, or promotional purpose. You acknowledge that Dealt may review projects to ensure compliance with Dealt rules and Roblox rules, and may suspend or terminate access, publishing, or administrator rights at any time for any reason.
Limitation of Liability
Dealt and its affiliates are not responsible for losses, damages, or disputes arising from your use of the platform or your game’s content.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dealt, its owners, and partners against any claims or penalties stemming from your published content or conduct.
Termination
We may terminate or restrict service access at our sole discretion, including the removal of published projects or administrative privileges, without liability or prior notice.
Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the revised version.
